Using Flexibags for Plastisizers
The flexibag can be used for the transportation packaging of plasticizers, but only for non-hazardous plasticizers and must be transported in special containers. They cannot be used as regular storage or retail packaging. Before using the flexibag, the plasticizer must be verified to be non-hazardous goods. If the plasticizer contains flammable, toxic or corrosive components and is classified as hazardous chemicals, then it is strictly prohibited from being packed by flexibag. Users should select the disposable container flexibag made of multi-layer composite film (such as PE/PP/PA/EVOH). It is suitable for 20-foot dry cargo containers. The maximum loading capacity per container is approximately 24,000 liters. It needs to be equipped with corrugated paper protection, puncture prevention measures, and standardized loading and unloading procedures. When unfolding the flexibags, strict requirements must be imposed on the cleanliness of the inner walls of the container, the removal of sharp objects, and the fixation operation. Otherwise, the risk of leakage will significantly increase. When using the flexibag export plasticizers, it is necessary to have the cargo forwarder confirm the MSDS and UN classification of the goods to ensure compliance with international transportation regulations.
